The Wahoo KICKR V6 is a direct-drive smart trainer built for serious indoor cyclists and virtual racers who demand precise, low-latency power data. Its built-in 2.4 GHz WiFi connects directly to your home network, enabling power data transmission up to 10 times faster than Bluetooth — eliminating the signal dropouts and interference that affect device-to-device protocols. A 16-pound high-inertia flywheel with electromagnetic resistance delivers up to 2,200 watts of resistance and simulates gradients from -10% descents to +20% climbs. Auto-calibration continuously adjusts for temperature and belt tension, maintaining ±1% power accuracy without manual spindown procedures. KICKR AXIS feet provide 5 degrees of lateral movement with three included stiffness options, reducing the locked-in feel during long sessions and out-of-saddle efforts.
The KICKR V6 supports simultaneous ANT+, ANT+ FE-C, and up to three Bluetooth connections, plus a Direct Connect port for hardwired ethernet access in high-interference environments. An 11-speed cassette (11-28T) comes pre-installed with compatibility for 8–11-speed drivetrains, and multiple axle adapters are included for broad bike compatibility. ERG Easy Ramp smooths resistance transitions, an integrated odometer tracks lifetime mileage, and the trainer is compatible with the KICKR CLIMB gradient simulator.
